Past & Present

Established in 1954, the L Streets are also in close proximity to White Rock Lake (2miles), the Dallas Arboretum (4miles), and North Park Mall (5miles). Located just north of Northwest Highway (Loop 12), the L Streets offer easy access to both Interstate 635 and 75 Central Expressway. An established Dallas neighborhood with a great sense of community, it's a place we are proud to call home.

The L Streets neighborhood is comprised of 463 homes located within our boundries of McCree Rd., Plano Rd., Ferndale and Northwest Hwy.
