Hello Neighbors!

Welcome to the L Streets Neighborhood Association website. Located in Dallas, TX, just 11 miles northeast of downtown we are proud to be a part of the Lake Highlands community.

Established in 1954, the L Streets are in close proximity to White Rock Lake (2 miles), the Dallas Arboretum (4 miles), and NorthPark Mall (5 miles). Located just north of Northwest Highway/Loop 12, the L Streets offer easy access to both LBJ Freeway/Interstate 635 and Central Expressway/US 75. An established Dallas neighborhood with a great sense of community, it’s a place we are proud to call home.

Crime Watch 1089 operates as the L Streets N.A. and is comprised of 463 homes. Boundaries are defined by McCree Rd. to the north, Plano Rd. to the east, Ferndale Rd. to the west and Northwest Hwy. to the south (Google Maps boundaries). The L Streets North neighborhood, Crime Watch 1077, is located north of McCree Rd.
